Akpos was an apprentice to a herbal doctor. So one day, the doctor began to teach him thus:
DOCTOR: Do you know what the English dictionaries call the outer layer of any grown-up tree?
AKPOS: (Stares at him like an overfed cow without any attempt)
DOCTOR: (Shouts at him) Bark ! Bark !! Bark !!! I said bark !!!! Can't you hear me this boy?
AKPOS: (Starts barking at once like a dog) Bow, bow, pow-wow, wow, pow, pow, bow-wow ....
Ha ha ha !!!
