Inside a consultation room within a hospital, a medical doctor was holding a dialogue with his sick patient thus:

DOCTOR: There is a very sad news for you sir. Really sad !
AKPOS: (Asks curiously) What ... ! Please tell me doctor !
DOCTOR: From the feedback reaching us from the Laboratory & research section, you have barely 24 Hours to breathe your last.
AKPOS: (Starts crying uncontrollably and says) Okay. Let me go home and bid my wife and my children farewell before I depart.
DOCTOR: (Continues) You may not have that time again sir. This very information reached us yesterday in the afternoon and it's already noon today. Please make things easy for us sir. Just go and lie down beside the mor-tua-ry section over there. In a few minutes, it will be over and you'll be treated with care.
AKPOS: (Falls off his seat and faints)
