Akpos and his wife were cultivating their farmland when suddenly, Akpos dug out an ancient lamp and threw it away. Some moments later, the curious Akpos looked back to the position where he threw the lamp and noticed that it has been broken and also, he saw a man-like creature who called called himself 'Jini' (an extraordinary ancient creature), jumping around the broken lamp shouting; "At last, Akpos freed me from my bondage". As a reward to Akpos, the 'Jini' told him to make a wish so that he will grant it on one condition. Then Akpos smiled, thought and said, "Okay, I need a Billion Dollars right now". Hearing this, the 'Jini' said to him, "I will grant your wish very early tomorrow morning after going home tonight with your wife". At this point, the wife hesitated but the desperate Akpos insisted, "You are free to take her ! Do with her anything you like and quickly grant me my wish tomorrow morning". So, the happy 'Jini' took the wife away and the next morning, he brought her back safely to Akpos and said to him, "We really had a cool time together. So how old are you sir?" And Akpos replied the funny creature, "I'm still 48 years. I'll be 49 years in 2 months time". At once, the 'Jini' laughed out loudly and said to Akpos, "So at your 48 years of age in life, you still believe in 'Jini' tales, miracles and stories". Jezzzz !!! It was at this point that Akpos noticed that he has been dealing with a real man who was under the pretence of being an ancient 'Jini'. At once, he stopped farming and chased the man all over the farm with his wife. And finally, the man escaped safely ... Lol !!!
There are always some moments and times in life when sweet fantasies and hopes elude the minds of wise men. It happens in our daily lives. So, always think twice before you act or decide !!!
