While driving his wheel barrow back to his house after a stressful day at work, Akpos' dad managed to spot his son Akpos under a cashew tree inside a chief's compound 'playing' with the chief's beautiful daughter. Angrily, he went into a nearby bush, cut plenty of rubber flogging sticks and went home as fast as possible. He quickly took his bath and went to the gate to wait for his son. Sooner, Akpos came back home and his papa asked him;
"Naughty boy ! Where are you coming from ?".
Then, Akpos replied;
"I went to watch a soccer match".
Knowing that Akpos was lying, his dad smiled angrily and asked him further;
"Okay my son. The football match was between who and who ?".
And Akpos replied him;
"It was actually between COTE D'IVOIRE and against IVORY COAST".
The dad laughed out loudly and told him;
"Please Say the truth this boy. Before Abraham, Jesus was."
But still, Akpos gave the same previous reply again. At once, his dad picked up the rubber flogging sticks he had cut, took Akpos by the hand and gave him a true taste of hell on earth all over his body. Then, he barked at him;
"You think say you get brain pass your papa, right ? After teasing and playing with a Chief's daughter, you come here to tell me that COTE D'IVOIRE played a soccer match against IVORY COAST. Try it again in this house and see what I'll do to you !!!".
