A surplus money remained in the accounts after the Naija government had settled it's pension obligations. As a result of this, the Government decided to give out a cash sum of N2 million each to all fathers who had 5 or more surviving children. The moment Mr. Akpos who had only 4 children with his wife heard this news, he rushed home at once, disclosed the news to Ekaite his wife and finally confessed to her thus:
"Mummy please pardon me to say this. I have a male child with my girl-friend. I want to go and get the child and add him to our 4 children so that we'll have a total of 5 kids and collect the N2 million from the government."
The wife permitted him peacefully. When Akpos came back with the son, he realised that only 2 of his children were left with his wife. So he asked about the other kids and his wife smiled and told him thus:
"Their dads also heard the news. They came here and took their kids away."
... and Akpos became a seriously confused man. Lol !!!
