The newly elected President of Naija wanted to appoint a minister for tourism in the country. So he decided to organise an emergency interview for all the prospective candidates. When Akpos heard the news of the pending political appointment, he attended the interview at the president's lodge and the following dialogue ensued between him and the president:
PRESIDENT: May I meet you?
AKPOS: (Smiles and says) I'm Dr. Akpos; a humble citizen of Naija.
PRESIDENT: Really ! As a prospective minister for tourist issues, you should have experienced life in many places. Right ?
AKPOS: Why not my President ! I've been to virtually all parts of the world.
PRESIDENT: Wow, that's interesting ! Have you been to England, Wales and Sweden before?
AKPOS: Yes !
PRESIDENT: What of California?
AKPOS: Yeah ! I just donated a car in a California charity home last week.
PRESIDENT: Really ! You actually talk like someone who knows a lot about GEOGRAPHY.
AKPOS: (Courageously says boldly) Yes of course ! I resided there for good seven years before I finally came back to this country. Indeed, GEOGRAGHY is a very lively place to be !!!
PRESIDENT: (Bursts out laughing generously, amicably and endlessly on his seat at Akpos)
