Akpos attended a church with his wife and their new-born son to baptize him and insisted on naming him "AKPOS". Below was what actually happened at the scene that very day:
PRIEST: Which name will you like your son to answer in this baptism?
AKPOS: Let's name him Akpos-the-Junior.
PRIEST: That's unacceptable. It's a native name. Try a better and modern name as well.
AKPOS: (Smiles) Okay, I have another special and foreign name for you son. Name him Akposkizzy for me !
PRIEST: (Smiles and Shouts out in awe) Akposkizzy ??? That's not a Saintly name. The church demands that you must name him after any heavenly Saint of your choice. So go on and be fast. No time again !
AKPOS: (Scratches his head in thoughts and finally shouts) Wow, I now remember the name of a very miraculous saint. Please Father, name my son St. Akpos-Barnabas. No more, no less !!! Lol !!!
