Now, if the female Dormitories and Toilets in a Nigerian Police College looks so tattered and unkempt like this, how would you expect outsiders to generally perceive all Nigerians? For sure, they'll say nothing but "Disorganised people". Imagine the type of odour that will be coming from that corner !! Although there are no statistics yet, it is obvious that these pitiable sights are one of the worst female hostels ever seen in the Police trainee institutions of different countries.
