There was a village pastor who became fed up to always hear the members of his church saying during their secret confessions that they committed a dult-ery. So he told them to say instead that they "Fell Down" in place of "A dult ery" and they accepted it. Sooner, the pastor was transfered and a new pastor, AKPOS, replaced him. Whenever Pastor Akpos organised his 'confessions', the villagers always told him that they "Fell Down" but he never understood the real meaning of what they said. So he visited the king of the village and warned him seriously saying;
"Everyday, people fall down in this village. Don't you pity the old men and women, youths and the children ? His Majesty, I guess it's high time you levelled up all the potholes, fixed the pavements and put the roads in good shape or ...".
On hearing this, the king who knew that Akpos got the whole thing wrong broke down into laughter but Akpos cautioned him at once saying;
"Please stop laughing my King. It's not a funny matter ooo. Even your Queen fell down 20 times in three days and you are not touched".
At once, the Village King shouted in awe and fainted at the spot. What can Akpos do at this point but to run away for his dear life. Lol !!!
